Giorgio Biscaro (Vercelli, 1978) is deemed one of the most eclectic Italian designers: following his degreGiorgio Biscaro (Vercelli, 1978) is deemed one of the most eclectic Italian designers: following his degree at IUAV-Venice he started working in lighting design field with Foscarini first, then lately being appointed FontanaArte’s youngest art and creative director; he co-founded SomethingGood, a brand editing and selling Italian fine handicraft items, and acts as a consultant for Malaysian government to increase local design culture.
Today he’s splitting his time between art direction, design, lectures and strategic consultancy for many different international companies and institutions. Among his collaborations: Artsana, Barilla, Bosa, CB2 Crate&Barrel, Diesel, Magis, Mercedes, MoMA, Moooi, Triennale.
