COOKIE POLICY

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE TYPES AND USE OF COOKIES IN OUR WEBSITE

What are cookies?

The website of the M.M. Lampadari srl sole proprietorship company (the “Site”) uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient for users who view the pages. Users who access the Site will see the minimum amount of information inserted into the devices in use, whether computers or mobile devices, in small text files called “cookies” saved in the directories used by the user’s web browser. There are various types of cookies, some to make more effective use of the Site, others to enable certain features.

Site Operator Cookies

-Technical cookies
The Site uses “technical” cookies, such as navigation or session cookies, functionality cookies and analytical cookies, created and used by the Site operator.

– Navigation or session cookies
Specifically, navigation or session cookies are used to ensure the normal navigation and use of the website, and therefore aimed at rendering functional and optimising the navigation within the site.

– Functionality cookies
In addition, functionality cookies are installed, strictly necessary to provide services explicitly requested by the user.

– Analytical cookies
Finally, there are analytical cookies, used and created exclusively by the sole operator of the Site, to collect information, in aggregate and anonymous form, on the number of users and how users visit the site.

– Profiling cookies
The Site uses its own profiling cookies, i.e. cookies designed to create user profiles, in order to send advertising messages based on the preferences expressed by each user when surfing the web within the Site.

Third Party Cookies

– Third Party Services Analysis Cookies
These cookies are used to collect anonymous information about the users’ use of the Site such as: visited pages, length of stay, traffic origin, geographic origin, age, gender and interest for marketing campaigns. These cookies are sent from third party domains outside the Site (Google Analytics with an anonymous IP).
Google Analytics Cookies
The site uses the service offered by Google Analytics in order to have a complete and reliable service of statistics about the use of the site itself. In order to ensure the users’ privacy as strictly as possible, in accordance with the instructions given by the Privacy Guarantor, we inform you that we have proceeded to anonymize the IP (therefore Google Analytics will render anonymous the IP address of the user /visitor as soon as this is technically possible in the most upstream section of the network in which the collection of data takes place).
In addition, the Site operator has also changed the settings for “data sharing” with Google Analytics, and therefore, Google should use the personal data recorded through the service only within the limits of the instructions given by the Site Manager and not share them with other Google services.
For the above-mentioned reasons, the user is informed that the advertising and data sharing options with Google have not been activated and that Google Analytics has not been connected to any additional service: the processing, therefore, is carried out for statistical purposes only and therefore, on the basis of what is explicitly provided by the Privacy Guarantor, the Analytics cookies have been equated to technical cookies and as such installed without the prior consent of the user.

– Cookies to integrate third party software products and functions
This type of cookie integrates features developed by third parties within the pages of the Site such as icons and preferences expressed in social networks in order to share site content or for the use of third party software services (such as software to generate maps and additional software that offer additional services). These cookies are sent from third party domains and from partner sites that offer their functionality between the pages of the Site.

– Profiling cookies
These are cookies sent by third parties, through the Site, necessary to create user profiles in order to send advertising messages, by the same third parties, in line with the preferences expressed by the user.
For third party cookies, the user can verify the information and consent request to the following links:
